Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with Smartautomationwebapp arranged off-site (we do not process checkout on this website). Informational prices on the site are not invoices.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund if you cancel before the published cohort start date, or within seven (7) calendar days of payment when self-paced access has not been used beyond orientation materials. Team (Assurance Circle) deposits may follow the schedule in your proposal letter.
Timeframe to request
Send refund requests no later than fourteen (14) days after the event that triggers eligibility (cohort start postponement by us, qualifying cancellation, or documented access failure lasting more than 72 hours).
Full vs partial refunds
- Full refund: Cancellation at least 7 days before cohort start, or our cancellation of a cohort without a suitable alternative date.
- Partial refund (50%): Cancellation between 6 days and 48 hours before start, if no live sessions were attended.
- No refund: After live sessions begin, or after substantial self-paced module progress (more than 25% of tracked lessons), except where required by mandatory law.
Non-refundable items
Custom on-site facilitation travel already incurred, third-party exam fees (if any), and printed materials shipped at your request are non-refundable once delivered or booked.
Refund process
Email info@smartautomationwebapp.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for payment proof.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under Korean law. Documented medical emergencies may be considered case-by-case for credit toward a future cohort.
